I never write reviews but I just had to for this business. I would recommend to all of my friends and family! It was worth the hour drive honestly. I had just dropped a deposit at another establishment who turned out to be stringing me around with empty promises and wasted gas driving up at least 4 times to end up never getting the car I was looking at.. As soon as I got my deposit back, I called Cars of Rockville to start the process again. Having been frustrated, they took all of my stress away and relieved me with professionalism. They assist with handling a safe and secure deposit over the phone since I couldn't make two drives up there. By the way, this was my first car purchase and they were CLEAR with their timelines. They told me 3 business days and delivered on the dot. Nadine was kind, professional, and all around knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions and even assisted with changing my address through the MVA. I came in to do my registration and it took 15 minutes or less. I was on the road ready to go. We were greeted immediately as well. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised they already had my plates for me and assisted with drilling them on. The car drives great and I am more than satisfied with my experience. I would do it all over again, thank you both!
